Got there on time, stuffed the truck full, and were speedy. Didn’t have much knowledge on securing loads well and were a little rough with dropping and tossing some of the boxes and belongings

They were 4 hours late to schedule time due to other job. Took 3 hours to load the heavier things. Didn’t get everything out of my old place. Did get all the things they loaded out the truck in the hour with my assistance. Not saying they did bad just wish we could’ve atleast got everything out the truck completely especially with me helping with loading a third of the truck and helping the whole time unloading what got unloaded before the hour of unloading. Again i understand things happen but i would have atleast to have the whole truck unpacked or something due to the tardiness on their end.

Awesome work done by one of two personnel. The other personnel was very slow and hesitant to work while the other person was very actively engaged. We would have finished loading my things sooner than we did had the second person be just as engaged as the first.
