From start to finish, this move was handled with complete carelessness and a lack of professionalism. My belongings were rushed, improperly loaded, and damaged throughout the process. A brand-new $200 nightstand was destroyed during loading, and additional furniture arrived damaged or missing essential hardware, making reassembly impossible. The unprofessional conduct began with the first phone call. I calmly explained I was under extreme stress and a tight timeline, yet the mover escalated by yelling and refusing basic respect. After that call, my mother had to step in to handle communication. When he arrived around 8 p.m., his rudeness continued, treating us as if our move were an inconvenience to him. Items were overloaded, unsecured, and thrown into U-Boxes, including a $400 cat tree that was ripped apart instead of properly disassembled. I am now forced to file claims totaling over $3,000. I strongly caution others, no service is worth this level of damage or disrespect.

Not only did i experience top tier professionalism, kindness and care for my items being moved, but this was a last minute booking (same day) and helped a lot during a very stressful situation. After a horrible experience with two other moving companies Shameek (owner) made the end of this move great. He was very professional, polite and communicated with me the whole time.
