It was an awful experience from start to finish. Unlike any other movers I’ve used through U-HAUL and when I brought forward my concerns to the owner Joshua about how ineffective and slow they were, he was manipulative and condescending. Go with 3C’s instead. You’re wasting your money and your time with this company. Items were damaged, I was lied to and had to not only extend my truck rental but finish my move by myself the next day. Ended up costing me triple what it should have, most of the prepaid time was wasted intentionally and then I followed as they drove my empty U-Haul back going 20km under the speed limit on the highway to collect an extra hour of pay. An unprofessional, inefficient, expensive and frustrating experience.

The service provided by Helpful Guy was outstanding! They took such good care with my furniture. The last time I used a different moving company and furniture was damaged. With Helpful Guy this move was almost flawless! highly recommend and would use them again!

They were very accommodating with very little notice. The 2 man crew didn't stop working and got alot done in a short amount of time. They were also polite & friendly. I would definitely hire them again!

Joshua and his mighty crew moved me within a reasonable time frame and was very professional and kind. He took the time to listen. His moving crew were attentive, and he knows exactly what he's doing. I'd like to give Helpful Guy moving a million stars!! Great job!!

Helpful and courteous crew, however they showed up with a pick up truck so they were unable to take all the items I wanted moved. I had to transport the television in my car on the way to my U-haul storage. Again they were polite, friendly and professional. I assumed they would be driving a small moving truck or cube van. I have had to use my own vehicle for two more trips to move items I had planned have them move.

1) Crew showed up 30 mins late to a previously confirmed time. 2) Crew did not know how to swamp a truck, causing extra trips due to wasted space. 3) 'Paul' could not follow directions (eg, ''first room on left'', ''upstairs''), carried boxes incorrectly resulting in a box tumbling down a flight of stairs and breaking items inside. 4) All 3 guys went into our former house AFTER WE LEFT, and AFTER WE TIPPED THEM SAYING THANK YOU FOR THE HELP. They helped themselves to our bottled water (we offered drinks multuple times while we were there), and also used our toilet without us there, leaving the door to the house wide open with our 2 cats still inside who could have been lost if they'd gotten out. 5) Josh (The crew's supervisor) was called and told everything, said he would call back..... didn't. Loved the 2 fellas from India. Not good communication with Josh. Don't go in people's houses after the job is done and the clients have left! Unprofessional. And creepy.
