The owner Jonathan from Men on a Mission started the process by communicating all the details of the move the day before. The communication and advice was perfect. The two movers we were assigned, Troy and Luis, were on time and worked every minute they were there. They packed the 26' Uhaul from our storage as well as I've ever seen one packed. They then met us at the new house and unpacked everything and were happy to put the items anywhere we wanted. A true professional operation that I would recommend to anyone.

Worst movers we've ever had. Their packers we hired for a couple hours the night before the loading came without any tools for this job which we let their manager know about, and wouldn't wrap any furniture or disassemble things using our tools to help speed up the next day. Movers next day- -vaped on the job -helped someone else in the complex move their couch while on clock with us and bragged about their tip to his coworker in front of us -dragged mattress on ground -did not load the truck efficiently so we had to leave some items behind -loaded things incorrectly so our headboard was DESTROYED when the unloaders opened the truck (These last two points the unloaders who were way more professional pointed out to us how much space was left in truck and how they should have turned headboard upside down) Even though the boss walked our job at start and said it should take a little over 4 hours, ended up taking 6.5, which we had to pay for. And that was with us breaking down furniture

Men on Mission were extremely professional and their 2 Man made short work of a 16ft pod in 2 hours. They made sure not to hit any walls or doors. I highly recommend them for any loading and unloading requirements
