I used moving help and the service was horrible. I would like Uhaul to know that they should not be referring this company because they do not send movers, but young completely inexperienced and incapable non-English speaking young people who have no business trying to move people's valuables. They did not have any equipment, not even a dolly. They damaged multiple items including completely breaking a table. They scratched their heads for 5 minutes before moving each item, trying to figure out how they would move heavy items with nothing but their hands. Immediately after they arrived they asked for water. They were incomprehensibly unprepared. I would point to an item and say 'put this here' and they would just put things somewhere else. They had no forethought about placement, how to navigate doorways and tight spaces. They dragged items along the pavement and did not understand our instructions. It was the worst most frustrating moving experience ever.

The two guys that showed up we very inexperienced movers. Lucky it was the unload part, if this was the loading portion to get all our stuff into the truck it would have not been good. They worked very hard but didn't have expericenced moving skills or equipment. We managed to get the truck unloaded, but it was inefficient and the chance of damage was higher because they did not use the proper techniques or have the experience. They would have been good to be paired up with at least one experienced person to help lead.

Shameful. Pathetic. The guys that moved us were slow as molasses. They took 3 hours to load furniture. No boxes, just furniture. Mainly mattresses and dressers. They arrived late and we started helping them around the 90 minute point because they were stuck on slow motion. We hired them for four hours, paid them for 4 hours because there is no option to lessen the amount of money. They damaged furniture and walls. There was no way we were going to let them move anything into our brand new house. We did speak to the owner both on the phone and by text and no apology was offered. We will be contacting Uhaul and our credit card company to dispute the charges. We had to call the owner the morning of the move to confirm the appointment as he did not do so the prior day as promised. Hire these guys at your own peril. You have been warned.

The process & the move was AMAZING. Dan responded immediately! This was my 1st time using moving help and I was very impressed with the service. The unloaders did not speak English & I wish I knew upfront but we used a translate app & it was perfect. They took GREAT by care of my stuff!
