We will never use them again & would never recommend them to anyone. They didn't finish in the 2 hrs we booked them for and didn't have that much stuff to move. They played around in one of our bedrooms with our foam roller, dropped our storage bins down stairs stair by stair, & had a very difficult time moving our washer and dryer from upstairs saying it was ‘’Like moving a dead body’’. They were laughing and hanging out part of the move which is why they didn't finish on time, only concerned with getting their payment which is supposed to happen at the end. They also spent 20 mins trying to breakdown the bedframe instead of getting the bigger items like we had asked. Oh, and at the end, asked if we wanted to extend! And sat on our couch sweaty and all like he was in his living room. I would never use this company had I known this would be the outcome. We ended up having to pack the rest of the truck ourselves and were running so behind because of their nonsense.
