Veterans Movers are everything you want in a mover. Excellent communication, prompt, careful and efficient. They also assembled a couple of furniture items that would have taken us far longer to do on our own. Mark has unfortunately set the standard for what quality service should feel like in a moving company, which has made the other end of my experience of unloading in another city with another mover who was also good seem short. Mark immediately contacted me within a week of my reservation to schedule the day and time although it was over a month in advance. He checked in as the move got closer, and also moved around his jobs in order to give me more time to pack, without being asked. In addition, he was adaptable as I had to add another u-box last minute when I realized my spatial skills were lacking. He and his team were super efficient, and I was amazed at what they were able to pack into those boxes. It was a very hot day, yet they were able to get it done in a relatively short time. The experience with U-Haul and Moving Help though were very disorganized. When I added another box, I was on the phone for 4 hours waiting for Moving Help and ended up hanging up.
