Amazing customer service. Owner called right after I booked online to confirm time. He was super flexible and even changed days for me after I realized the next day after my original booking would work better. The two men who showed up to unload my truck showed up to work! Everything was unloaded quick and efficiently. Owner also called a few hours after the job had been done to check in and see how everything went. Absolutely would hire again.

Max & Darrian were great. They arrived in a timely manner, and did an incredible job packing 2 U-boxes with all of our stuff from a 10x 10 storage unit. They had the job completed within 2 hours. Just incredible! I highly recommend Max Moves!

Communication left something to be desired, I had to call to confirm the reservation 2 days before because nobody had reached out to me. I reserved 3 moving helpers for 2 hours, but they were only able to send me 2 moving helpers. However, Max was helpful in adjusting the cost to account for the inconvenience.
