10 out of 10 experience! I booked a last minute move the night before and the communication was on point the day of. This was also my first time hiring a moving company that did not complain at all. Ended up needing them for an extra hour due to needing to catch a flight and it was worth it. I would absolutely hire them again!

I hired Payton Family Moving LLC for my move on 11.29.25. Richard did not show up as expected and never informed me he would be absent. Instead, he sent a last-minute replacement who was inexperienced and unprofessional. Multiple items were damaged, including my dresser, media tower, and floating mount, due to careless handling. When I raised concerns, Richard gave misleading information and told me I had to release payment before any adjustments could be made, which a third party moving service later confirmed was inaccurate. Temporary fixes only lasted one day, and I was ultimately offered 100 for the damages, which was unacceptable given the value of the items. I chose this company to support a Black owned business, but professionalism and accountability were lacking. I do not recommend this company.
