Tony and Brittany were great. I hired them to reorganize a storage unit. They did a good job with pulling things out and reorganizing it in a way where I could get to my boxes in case I need something and they created more space. The original movers who put the items in the storage unit did a very poor job but Tony and Brittany fixed all that for me! I had no issues with communication or professionalism and when the job was complete I gave them the code.

I loaded the truck myself and then then just Tony met me at my apartment and helped me carry the couch upstairs and make sure we got it situated. I learned a lot, and Tony is a great worker. Thank you for helping me unload the coach, and God bless you, sir!

These movers are absolutely unprofessional if I could give a negative star I would first of all they showed up drunk smelling like alcohol and wearing flip flops we were moving to another unit in the same complex located behind our current unit and they wanted us to rent a truck for 50 feet of walking didn’t want to move boxes.. didn’t want to do this or that complained the whole time after an hour the owner whom I might add was disgusting looking and unprofessional asking for the pay code I can guarantee you i will be taking them to small claims court if I don’t get a refund. Why get in the business of moving if you’re not going to move they are hustlers they want to hustle you out your money and think they’re going to get away with it not this time. I can assure you of that. Then tried to shake my hand after doing half the work absolutely pathetic excuse for a moving company.

Would not recommend. Customer service is trash. They got mad cause there was a miscommunication on whether there were stairs or not. And I stated I would pay stair fee but Tony got Brittany to call and they started talking to me crazy all because I stated I don’t have cash or cash app. I never stated once that I wouldn’t pay them. Customer service was ok until the fee about stairs came about
