Warning Only facts presented. Booked Realmatic Movers for 4 hours to load 26 ft truck. Jesse and Tyrone showed up with inappropriate footwear for the task. They loaded the truck like it was their first move ever. They damaged my fridge and chest freezers. They took up all the floor space in the truck and didn't stack to ceiling. I requested to add another hour, so they could fix the mess they had created. Each provided a different lie as to why they couldn't stay any longer. They then lied and said that they could not leave the property without receiving the payment code. Per Moving Help Support DO NOT PROVIDE CODE IF DISSATISFIED. They knew I was dissatisfied, so they lied to get the payment code before leaving. Had to hire another company to clean up their mess and rent an additional truck for more space. They cost me an extra $1000 in moving expenses, plus cost to replace my fridge, and the $400 worth of groceries inside.In this economy! Your move and holidays RUINED Realmatic
