The company arrived on time and finished job in a timely manner. They asked for a review right after the move and replied to me very quickly when I asked for the review process. However, when I unpacked everything from my UBOXES that were shipped, I was NOT able to find the screws that they put in plastic bags during the move, I was not able to find a glass vase and one of the chairs were damaged during the move. I reached out to them via text and through the movinghelp and never got a response. Therefore, they will only respond to you when they need a good review.

The three man crew arrived and immediate surveyed the property. They put everything in the requested location, were extremely cordial and professional. It was clear that they aimed to please and they did not disappoint!

After a delay, my moving help came to my rescue! It had been a long day and we were all tired, but got my belongings out of the truck and into the storage unit in record time. The men were super respectful and I’m so happy they were there to help. I couldn’t have done it without them!
