Abdulaziz was quick to communicate with me after scheduling the delivery and unloading of my U-Boxes. He described the process and asked good questions about what would be involved. He kept me updated on his arrival time, and he made efficient trips in and out of the building which limited how often the elevator needed to be used and the amount of times we had the U-Box open on the street. We unloaded our 2 U-Boxes quickly and easily. It saved me a lot of time so I could start unpacking!

Exceptional service, the truck was packed quickly and with great care (protecting wooden furniture etc.). They even helped me get the U-Haul into the loading dock and back out (it was a tight fit)
