Booked helpers did not come at 10 AM as was expected they didn’t bother to show up so two 100percent disabled people had to do all of this heavy work worthless too much and they’re both in severe pain as a result of their lack of showing up they did Finally come at 3 PM to unload the truck. I would never ever recommend Easy Moverz to anyone. They were rude they didn’t care that they didn’t bother to show up. I am thoroughly discussed it with their lack of professionalism. There was no need for them to do this and they demand that they get the full three hour work payment. They didn’t work even one full hour 45 minutes. That’s what they worked. It is just the worst experience I have ever had with any movers I’m waiting for my refund at 75 years old I shouldn’t have to be submitted to this type lack of respect and service. Someone oughta suggest to these workers that they shower before going to someone’s home. It was disgusting never again. Feel free to contact me.

ABSOLUTELY horrible! They SLID my couch down the stairs when moving me out then pulled a piece of metal out of the corner! I have ripped seams. Then they scratch my wall alllll the way up the side and poked a hole in my wall. And they broke a quilt rack and blamed it on a loose screw. This was a father son pair. The father treated his son so poorly . berating him and cursing at him. And the father hardly did anything! He stood in the truck most of the time. They were supposed to arrive between 9-10 didn’t get there until almost 11. And it allll started with poor communication by the owner! I called every day to get a time they would be calling and never got a call back! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! 100 percent unprofessional!!

This is not a professional movers company. They likely hire people randomly who can lift heavy stuff but do not do it professionally. They arrived 2 hours late and also scratched our walls. Its not entirely mover’s fault. I think they are over worked. 1.5 hours into the job one of them was super tired. I wouldn’t recommend this company. Look for a professional company instead.
