As chaotic as moves always are, I had a misunderstanding. Sam and Patrick were very quick and professional in helping me to correct the situation. I could not have asked for a better work crew. They were a true blessing!

Overall, this was the worst move I've ever experienced. On the front end of the move the mover did not use any of the moving blankets provided by U-Haul with the U-Box. The furniture was brand new and had not been used. When it arrived at it's destination, the wooden pieces were scratched, gouged, and one dining chair had a large chunk of wood broken away from the leg of the chair. Again, THE FURNITURE IS BRAND NEW! The fabric furniture had footprints on it and you could tell that the movers stood on the furniture during the packing process. Pillows from the sofa were covered in dirt and leaves and it was clear that they were thrown on the ground during packing but never cleaned off before putting them in the box. Much of the damage could have been avoided had the IDIOTS used the moving blankets provided by U-Haul. I would never recommend use of MovingHelp with a U-Haul U-Box.

Could have been a bit better about stacking the furniture and taking extra care for using the moving blankets and such that we provided, but both men were super nice and professional.
