very careless with items ad disorganized. Once done, just left ubox doors open with all my belongings exposed, and didn't do anything about the padding that they said they would line the uboxes with... instead they had it all over the ground. Also very careless with my items and not moving them with care.

These guys were great! They called a few days before and also communicated when they were on their way. Hard workers and very friendly. They were also very careful not to bump the furniture into walls and handled everything with care. Highly recommend!

Officially the worst experience I have EVER had. Little Bear Movers loaded the truck so poorly, the other movers commented on it when we got to Phoenix with a truck full of damaged stuff. I have to replace my dresser and bed frame. I took photos at the behest of the other movers, who were appalled. The truck and items were packed so horribly, the boxes crushed and destroyed the frame. I spent more replacing that one item than I did the entire move. Do not EVER hire this company.

Max & Charlie were AWESOME! This was a large cross-country move. Max confirmed early and once I arrived he stayed in contact as to their arrival for the job to be done. They listened, took initiative, and asked questions in addition to being personable, kind, and understanding. They worked well as a team to get this job done in a reasonable time. I would definitely hire Little Bear Movers again!
