They were late, got lost going to both locations, dropped 2 boxes breaking several dishes. They did work hard there was a lot of stuff. They charged me for 2 additional hours but never compensated me for the stuff they broke.

These guys were great, really. We moved a 4 bedroom home(in 2 storage units) to our new home with a basement. They were patient and flexible with everything, as we picked up our U-Haul late! They stayed as late as we needed and didn't charge until the service began, which was so helpful. They were professional and friendly, and except for one glass table(that I accidentally tucked between mattresses and they couldn't see, so really my fault), everything made it to my new home in the condition it left the storage unit. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I would definitely recommend Zoe Bote for moving help. They have a five-star service. Zoe is very responsive to my requests and accommodates the schedule when my moving plan changed. The two helpers he sent are energetic and did a great job in moving. All items are taken good care of and all works are completed in time.
