I hired this crew for some heavy items the rest ave. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The crew struggled with tasks I expected any movers to handle efficiently from light to heavy and took frequent breaks, which slowed the job. I literally had to help with 1 heavy item the only one that got complete I ended the move early and completed myself! A waste of time, money and energy. I was also concerned by their use of moving equipment and techniques. During the move, damage occurred to my stairwell. When I asked about a loud noise, I was told nothing happened, but later discovered undisclosed damage. Accidents happen, but not communicate damage is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this crew due to poor efficiency, plus the inability to complete simple task. What was most frustrating felt like crew was simply assembled at the last minute rather than being a team of experienced movers. Only positive owner was a great communicator.
