The communication leading up to the move could improve with more proactive comms from their end such as updates & confirmations. They needed to reschedule (pushing to one day later) and there seemed to be some issue picking up the box in the AM as they arrived later than expected. The movers themselves were polite, friendly, professional, and efficient. Five Stars for them!

We got two guys for our move. We had a lot of large and heavy objects plus small boxes. They people seemed overwhelmed and confused as to what to do half the time - often standing around and taking a long time to get things loaded on dollies and down to the truck. They lacked 'urgency', which is kind of important when you hire someone by the hour. They did a good job loading the truck securely and they were very kind - staying an extra 2 hours to help complete everything.

Despite some hiccups from Uhaul, the moving help and delivery was quick and painless. If I’m ever in need of this kind of service again I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them.
