Movers showed up an hour late, did not introduce themselves. To add to insult they reeked of weed, they were high when they showed up. I Should of cancelled right then, but we were on such a tight schedule we decided to move forward. This is such a liability to this company. They were unaware of the 800 lb. Safe and struggled trying to move it. When in the house one employee placed his foot on the wall and cracked the drywall. My wife and I had to jump in on the safe move and even called 2 neighbors to come and help when loading it in the truck. They were totally unprepared to move the safe. The company was giving prior notice about this safe.

William and Carl were phenomenal and so efficient! They helped us wrap up furniture, load to our vehicle, and then unload at our storage unit. We thought our storage unit was full, but Carl rearrange the whole thing (per our request), and we had over triple available space after! Their help was the most valuable investment we made during the entire move process, highly recommend!
