Keith wanted a total of 500 dollars for moving stairs and furniture wrap The issue I had with him was that he wanted this amount in ADDITION to me paying uhaul 180 for the 3 hrs he was contractually obligated to perform for load unload. He stated that uhaul automatically skims 15-20 off the initial booking price so he wouldn't make as much money off that amount alone. Clearly he wanted to supplement a higher price to recoup what he claimed he wouldn't receive. This is where he took my advantage of my kindness. I was grateful for his service on a hot summer day and was going to tip his crew largely to factor these difficulties in. But his greed got him half of that at 250. And in my opinion , that is quite generous considering he broke one of my tables and left a very large amount of items still at the load site, even at the end of working only 1 hour. To add insult to his arrogance, he insulted me by saying I was hurting financially because I disagreed with this exorbitant

These guys don't play. I was worried my job would take more than the allotted time. Qui & crew showed up and had everything done with time to spare. They even loaded a ton of boxes that I wasn't expecting. I will reach out to them any time I move. Highly recommend!

Definitely one of the best experiences I have had with a moving company. They handled my furniture with care, they were courteous, respectful and very communicative. They were reasonable and understanding. Definitely would use them again!

Owner brought additional help enforcing payment outside of reservation. Workers was shown everything that's to be moved on truck but truck wasn't utilized correctly because so much furniture items were left behind. Owner blamed customer for workers leaving items behind, a side table was broken in the process. Owner did reimburse one hour back for the additional help I never requested. I told Owner I had extra help but he insisted that wasn't his policy. Owner got upset because I explained where I wasn't satisfied and yelled and told me to never call his company again.
