I’ve used this company before and loved them the first time. Not so much the second time. The owner is RUDE and argumentative. After they moved everything in he tells me that I owe $75. I said I was not told this. I paid for 2 guys for 3 hours. He was adamant that his brother told me. I kept trying to explain that wasn’t the case but he kept talking over me and wouldn’t let me talk. Then he kept trying to say that I said they did a bad job and what’s fair is fair. I said I never said you did a bad job and fair is fair but I can’t just produce something I wasn’t told about. Then he tried to say I was telling how to do their jobs. I just couldn’t get a word in. Thought it was VERY unprofessional.

Communication was a 10 out of 10, I had to Reschedule after realizing I wasn’t ready. I didn’t wanna waste their time or my valuable resources. They were very professional and efficient. There was zero BS. I was highly stressed prior to this move. I was able to allow them to do what they came to do and they did it well. Happy to use them in the future and recommend them for friends and family. Thanks again guys
