The movers arrived on time. They asked helpful questions to ensure their packing approach was efficient. Then, they got to work. They were professional, courteous, careful with our items, and fast. They packed the truck like pros. They unloaded quickly but ensured everything is where we wanted it to be. They seemed to know each other well and had great communication. Would highly recommend.

Wow! Absolutely phenomenal experience with Mi Casa Movers. Their receptionist was communicative and friendly and answered all my questions ahead of time. The movers themselves were prompt, respectful, and professional. They did an exceptional job both packing and moving our stuff, even with some unexpected challenges along the way. The unloaded into our storage unit and did an amazing job organizing for us. Highly highly recommend!! I’ll absolutely be booking them for my next move.

Walter & Mike were on time. The estimated time was 3 hours to load-unload from my one-bedroom apartment to another one-bedroom. Unfortunately the move ended up taking 6 hours, double the estimated time (and double the cost). 5.5 hours total were spent loading-unloading when you take out transportation time. They let me know at the top of each additional hour and got my confirmation to continue, but at that point I didn’t feel like I had any other options. The whole purpose of this move and doing it through U-Haul was to help me save money right now. I really wish I had just gone with an in-town full-service moving company at this point. They also took off a bit of wall in the newly renovated hallway of my old apartment, and incorrectly assured me that they left no U-Haul furniture pads at my new place when I needed to rush back to return the truck. I totally get that accidents happen, but combined with everything else, I just feel really disappointed and like I was taken for a ride.
