They were very good and I would recommend them, but I feel they rushed and they were in too big a hurry to go. I was asked for the pay code when I still had 45 minutes that i had paid for. That said, I would use them again. I tipped them personally.

I will definitely use this service again! But, only if I could be guaranteed the same team. They were fantastic, and took great care in packing my things exactly the way I asked. Because of that, when I finished the drive from Buckeye AZ to Roseville CA and opened the rollup, everything, and I do mean everything was exactly the way it was packed. It was communicated that the workers were running late which we appreciated. But they were 90 minutes to 2 hours past the time we scheduled them. 1 truck was already loaded. We still had to pay the same amount of money.

The 2 guys were very nice and helpful, until the end! I paid the money I was quoted through Uhaul. They said they had to add additional time, I never got an update quote or bill from uhaul to make an additional payment. But was offered a Zelle acct. after 17 calls and text until midnight, some from the actually mover that was hired, it ended with them threatening me they were going to the police to file a charge of stealing! I have ever intention to go to uhaul as soon as they open to resolve any additional services to be paid, I am not paying a private Zelle acct! Unfortunate that I’ll be moving again in a few months, I will not be using this company in the future. This was my first time using the hired movers from the uhaul app.
