Communication leading up to the move was not great. However, the move itself was so quick and efficient. I liked the option they provided to bring their own truck, and they were very prepared with blankets to wrap my furniture in. I would hire them again.

They were on time, courteous, and very professional. They were very careful with my furniture, even wrapping articles that I kind of thought really didn't think needed to be wrapped. Super service.

I paid the movers that were assigned to me an extra $20 apiece in cash. That was $40 extra dollars because of an agreement we came to and they drove off after receiving the money and wouldn't answer.

Wanted me to give them the payment payment code and sign paper before they did the loading. Also, they only gave me 15 minutes before they arrived, instead of the agreed upon 30 minutes.

I pay for 2 hours to move this isidecmy house, the guys want to leave early. They were not happy when i ask to change the thing place, they told me make your mind, are you sure you want it here??

Not packed efficiently. underutilized space in center of truck prevented full loading. Largest items were left until last to load which caused us to rearrange and pack heavy items on lighter ones.

Hoffman Movers were fantastic. They packed the truck tighter than a sardine can. Everything arrived in great condition after a 600 mile trip in my 26 foot U-Haul in spite of the rough roads.

Selecting a time range is a little tricky if you're driving a long distance to move, so keep that in mind, but the service is great and the guys were quick and friendly and efficient.
