Nick’s team, CJ & Chauncey, did a great job helping us pack our truck today, especially in light of the fact that it was -5degrees windchill! They arrived in the window of time they said that they would, they worked hard, as well as being kind and professional. Nick provided great communication and coordination. Thanks, Team Beltz Bros! Very nice guys. Items handled with care for sure. Only negative was 2nd trip needed in truck on our own in the dark-cold because after 5 hours they didn’t pack uhaul efficiently. There was a lot of wasted space & they had to leave for another job. This was just load-unload of 2br apt less than a mile away, no stairs only elevators, 20 ft truck and we helped the entire time. Everything wrapped and disassembled for them. One guy also took smoke breaks in front of us while we were physically unloading our own truck. We never had this issue with truck size and had much less furniture than we did when we moved with same size from 5 hours away 6 months ago. Cost extra for truck & added time and they still didn’t finish so that was frustrating.
