I selected Top Notch Movers based on past reviews. After the movers left and I inspected the load it was not done well and I knew I would have damages if I drove the truck in that condition. I hired another moving company that same day to unload and reload the truck. They agreed that I would have a problem if I had traveled with the original loading. There was an incredible contrast between the original load and the reload. I contacted Top Notch Movers and sent pictures. I was offered to have some different movers come to fix the load but after my experience with the first crew I had no confidence it would be handled correctly. Since that time Top Notch Movers have not responded to my calls or text messages and I have filed a complaint requesting a credit. I would not recommend Top Notch Movers to anyone after this experience.
