They never called me beforehand to coordinate the service. I had to call them and they were unable to fulfill the service on time. I had to spend an additional night at a hotel for their lack of professionalism. I sent a complaint and they totally ignored me. Lesson learned. Dont go with the cheapest.

Joe and Mo were terrific. They unloaded everything off the truck in a quick and efficient manner. They put everything in the room that I asked and hooked up the washer and dryer. Joe and Mo went the extra mile though and arranged my storage room ensuring that I could get to everything and that the room was organized. I was blown away by that extra mile service. I am sure they would hooked up anything else that I asked. I would hire them again.

Total Home Experience provided excellent service on my move. The communication with the owner was great. I called him this morning to let him know my ETA into Lafayette from Central Texas and His guys showed up right on time. They were careful with my belongings. And finished the job in a timely manner.
