The guys did a very impressive job fitting all of our stuff into two u-boxes. Eric is professional and has a great attitude to life, which is admirable given how hard he works and how hard the job is! We were very grateful to have both Eric and Lamar help us out, and felt that the price was fair too. Thank you guys! My only area for improvement would be around timing and communication. We weren’t sure when the guys were going to arrive and they weren’t able to give us an approximate ETA so we spent much of the day waiting around for them to complete their prior job. All is well that ends well, but in the moment a bit more proactive timing communication would have helped. Regardless I would 100 percent book them again.

Eric was great with my move! Uhaul unfortunately did not have my boxes ready until 3PM (despite saying that they would be available at 7AM) and he was able to be flexible and complete my move when my boxes became available.

Quick & EZ Hauling were incredibly professional; Eric and Lamar did a fantastic job loading up the Ubox and secured all of my items so they wouldn't move around during the shipping. Even though there were some parking issues on the street we were loading on, Eric and Lamar navigated the situation like pros and made sure to still load up the box in a quick and efficient manner. Would highly recommend Eric and Lamar for the job, it was one of the smoothest moves I've had thanks to their hard work!

Erik and Lamar helped us unload into our 3 floor townhouse. Overall, I wouldn't book Quick & EZ hauling again due to items getting damaged. Our dresser was dropped on the staircase, causing a dent. And our disassembled dining table surface was also dented. While the dresser was tough to maneuver in the narrow staircase, I think they could have slowed down and communicated much better to avoid dropping it. The table surface is the more unacceptable of the damages, since it's an easy item to move and only to the first floor. We had wrapped both items in blankets, with plastic shrink wrap, to prevent damage. They removed the protective wrapping to both items before moving out of the Ubox, defeating the purpose of wrapping them and ultimately, damaging the items. They seemed to have difficulty with grip through the move, and also tore off the mattress plastic wrap during the haul up to the bedroom. While the job was difficult (hot and many stairs) I do think the service was too careless.

The two men that helped us did an amazing job. They managed to help us get everything we needed in our apartment efficiently before the rain started pouring, keeping all of our belongings dry. They were really friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend them.
