Excellent communication throughout the entire process. I was contacted within several minutes of booking the moving service to confirm my information and move date. They showed up a few minutes early and loaded our U-Haul efficiently. Would highly recommend to anyone needing movers in the Hampton Roads area.

Wish I could give zero stars. It took four hours to load a 20 foot van. We were all packed and ready to go. Instead of stacking a load next to the elevator and filling the elevator then taking it down to load the truck they took one dolly at a time or hand carried one box or piece of furniture at a time despite having a second dolly that we rented. Our furniture was loaded haphazardly and damaged. The movers pretty much threw the remaining furniture on the top. We still have things that they couldn't 'fit' on the truck. We supplied a rope to tie down everything and they lost it somewhere in the front of the moving van. Would never use this company. Be forewarned.
