Excellent experience! Called the morning of our move and they were able to fit us in. They were right on time. Unloaded our trailer in no time. Everything went to 3rd floor, without an elevator. No complaints. Friendly and handled our items with care. Would highly recommend!

I had to leave for about 40 minutes. When I returned, one cleaner was still cleaning the stove (which was very dirty), while the other was still sweeping the three upstairs bedrooms. In the first 40–50 minutes, this was essentially all they had accomplished despite many other cleaning tasks remaining. I had to tell them to speed up, and only then did they start working at a proper pace. During the second hour, they managed to sweep (but not mop) the rest of the house and clean only the visible surfaces of the kitchen, bedrooms, and two of the three bathrooms. The inside of the drawers was untouched, the refrigerator was only partially cleaned, and one bathroom was left completely untouched. When I complained, the male cleaner repeatedly used the f-word. At the end, while the landlord was present, intentionally cleaner repeatedly told two hours had not been enough, even though they had initially said two hours would be sufficient, and he also took photos of my home without my consent.

After i found out my movers cancelled on me around 11pm, I booked Matos and they called me within 5 minutes of me booking to find out what time I needed them there. The guys were friendly and got my things loaded and unloaded into my storage in less than 3 hours and did not break 1 item. I will definitely book them again in the future.
