They show nepotism in this company and hire inexperienced young teenagers who will damage your walls and furniture. Then they are rude when you mention it and call you a liar. They were not interested in seeing proof just charging me extra because the child they hired was too weak to lift items and slow at getting the job done. Even if that kid happens to be legal working age (which I doubt) they were not capable of preforming the tasks required for this job. 132 per hour is not acceptable for one adult and one inexperienced child. Uhaul said I can file a claim but I doubt much will come of it. I just wanted them to take ownership of their mistakes and refund a portion. Oh and they had surprise fees at the end which were fun. Only hire them as a last resort if you are desperate and move any items you care about yourself. Also take lots of pictures before and after of your apartment and furniture. If you can catch them on video hitting walls even better.
