When I arrived I texted the team of 2 movers who were there but did not appear until 15 minutes into the scheduled time accompanied by a cloud of ‘herbal’ smoke. I showed them to the storage unit which was about 100ft from the door and the trucks. They said they would get started and asked that I not to get in the way. They proceeded to fill 5 large flat carts with the smaller items and park them inside by the door. When they were out of carts they started stacking things inside the door. This continued at a snail’s pace until they had 20 minutes left in the scheduled time. NOTHING WAS ON THE TRUCKS! I asked that they move at least the large items onto the trucks with the remaining time. Which they did begrudgingly. I was told it would be $120 per hour for them to stay. Twice the original rate. I told them to leave. My fiance and I packed the trucks ourselves in less time. The causes problems with the entire moving timeline for the day. What a waste of time and money!

Jay and his team were awesome. He moved the items in no time. Doesn’t matter how heavy the items are, they got it all right. They asked for the right rooms for items during unloading. They ensure that the house or the floor does not get damaged. Would prefer to call them the next time.
