Brown's Moving was exceptional. They confirmed the time with me a week before and again later that week. From the minute they arrived, you could tell they were professionals. We had several cabinets with glass openings, and the guys made sure they were wrapped and covered appropriately. They were very efficient, both with their time and with the space in the moving truck. All of my things made it safely in the 12 hour drive without any movement or scratches. They honestly were the best moving company I've ever used. Highly recommend.

The movers were very good at safely packing our things into the truck, which was too big for our things. However, they did arrive 1.5 hours later than anticipated start time, which felt very unprofessional to us as it was a job which started first thing in the morning. They did say they tried to account for traffic, but just keep this in mind when scheduling when you want them to start.

A little mix up on the starting time and location, but it was quickly resolved. Jake and Smitty worked hard and did a great job loading the truck and then unloading at the house. Really nice to work with - would recommend.

The team was great. Had zero issues moving a piano that four people struggled with the first time around. Would hire again if we ever moved again. We tipped in cash, but there is an option to tip at the end when you're writing the review.
