We were so thankful we had Browns come and help us unload a small truck of furniture this past week. While it took us hours to load it up, it only took them a short amount of time to unload it. The guys were very professional and nice. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with moving.

Derek and Jay were friendly, very professional, and knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently and took occasional breaks for hydration and to cool down. I highly recommend them as they took good care of my stuff and loaded a 20’ truck in 3 hours (including one flight of stairs). They used all 48 furniture pads. The truck feels balanced and safe to drive. I provided a cooler with ice cold bottled water and Gatorade to help keep them hydrated on an August day in Pittsburgh; I do this for all my movers (and you should, too). Thank you, this is one of the easiest loading experiences I’ve ever had.

Communication was great from beginning to end. While loading everything seemed to go smoothly, unfortunately we had a few items that didn’t make their way to our next destination in the same quality they were in when loaded into the moving truck. Overall we were still happy with service and would consider using this company again. Maybe a little more cautious as to what is being moved and packed though.
