I think Top Notch, overall was good to work with. I do have to point out that because the UHaul representative who assisted me with making my initial reservation significantly underestimated the job, it made it difficult for Top Notch. They had to come back to complete the move because we did not have enough containers available for the job.

Anthony went above and beyond on this difficult job. He coordinated all the necessary activity in Rhode Island while I am in California. He took the effort to make sure the job was completed, even with obstacles in the way. Highly recommend Top Notch - they get the job done!

Top Notch is the best! They were efficient and so helpful when we encountered a problem accessing our newly storage unit ( rhe code hadn’t been set and there was no on premesis manager) They stayed an extra hour helping to solve the problem, even calling other contacts to get another storage unit. I plan to hire them again for the next move.
