They called to confirm a day or two before and verify a time period. The day of, they kept me updated on arrival time. They got here and hopped right into it and had my POD unloaded in an hour. They were very polite and courteous. In summary, hard-working, efficient, and friendly.

They showed up 15 minutes later than agreed upon time, then spent 15-20 stretching before getting started. He insisted there wasn’t enough space for all my things and we needed to unload the truck and go back for second load. Despite my other mover showing him how he planned to complete the packing. So i capitulated to his request. Traffic was heavy and driving took time. After moving and giving him payment code, he came back and said he needed another $200 ($100 hour) because he was with me for four hours instead of the two i reserved. However the rate i paid online was $80 hour When i explain i was still moving and had truck so couldnt stop and get him cash he threatened me. Then blew up my phone all evening until i had to block his number. They moved things well but setting clear expectations up front in a stern way is definitely necessary. My other mover was way more efficient and loaded most of my stuff in half the time they took to unload half. Also, watch the clock.
