I would advise that no one ever work with this company! If it was possible to leave a zero for this company for this review, then I would. For starters, the communication was beyond poor. I had to reach out on nearly every occasion for an update. They were over 5 hours late from their original quoted time. They were careless and damaged my belongings during the move after multiple warnings to be careful. They unnecessarily dragged furniture, bumped into walls, scraped things on doorways, just to name a few things. There was one person that was doing most of the moving and the other two people helping stood around. The entire team required a lot of instruction on what to move even though it was grouped together. Overall, terrible experience.

Ghetto and unprofessional. Movers (a man and his baby mom) came 40 minutes late, smelling like weed, no equipment, no tools, packed the truck incorrectly so all of my items didn’t fit. Also broke 2 tvs, a tv stand, and a dresser. The owner is very unprofessional and incompetent. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money hiring a professional company, not a bunch of parolees looking for a job.

Not the best experience but overall just ok. Communication was poor. I could only contact them via text message that they replied to as per their schedule. The delivery of my UBox was delayed. I paid premium price for same day delivery but the delivery happened next day. They told me they would bring the delivery first thing in the morning next day morning as they were busy on the same day. I agreed to that but even then the delivery only came after mid-afternoon after a lot of communication. I was told by movinghelp.com customer care representatives to ask for premium refund directly from the company’s employees who show up for delivery and unloading. I did the same but the people who showed up said their Zelle was not worked and they would continue trying to refund once they leave. The refund never happened and I had already paid the full amount. The unloading was fast and without any flaws, no complaints there. I even helped them unload some small hand carry stuff.
