We’re three hours late and did not notify me sent one man who was totally worn out before he got here from doing previous working jobs. He did not complete the task had to go home because he was so tired and I could not get them to come back and complete the move had to do it myself . was totally dissatisfied contacted the MOVER. They said they would send somebody the next day or Monday and finish the job and they never showed up was totally dissatisfied with the whole thing.

Nice guys but the packing was poor with a lot of broken furniture. Lamps, grill, table, and tv, broken. Within 10 minutes of driving, the Uhaul looked like a tornado blew through it. A total of 30 screws were found on the floor when I got to my destination. Both gentlemen were playing with their phones more than lifting and loading. Very inefficient. A two hour job was turned into four hours. Very disappointed and frustrated!

It was very hot and humid the day I moved in - I felt terrible as I was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. These two young men were so friendly and helpful even under these circumstances. I would recommend them without hesitation. They did run a bit late, but communicated along the way and I'm sure the delay was due to the heat as that is what happened with my move - they need to stay safely cool and hydrated. Great job guys! Thank you again!

Dude came to help me move despite having no workers but himself available, and helped us unload our entire U-Haul AFTER HOURS. AT REGULAR COST. Dude saved my life, I wouldn't recommend any other moving company but this one.
