The guys who came and helped us were great. They moved quickly and efficiently and packed our things safely. We paid for 4 hours, but ended up only needing them for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Unfortunately, we were charged for the full 4 hours and U-Haul was unable to help us in being refunded for the difference. Service was great, but it is disappointing to pay for more work than was done. We did tip the guys the day of, though, as they did a great job!

The guys that showed up were on time, professional, and courteous. Well managed crew got my move done in less time then I anticipated. They clearly have a high work ethic, and have great customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone that they hire To the Moon Movers. They really made my move easy and fast. Nothing was broken, either, which is a plus.
