The service was ordered for two helpers. Two people showed up, but there is only one that actually moved my stuff. The worker who did all the real work has been great in terms of speed, organizing my stuff and everything! They were late for 3 hours (seems to be due to some delay from U-haul), but they communicated on time and let me know. Overall, easy to reach and communicate.
