This was a last minute unload of a 15’ U-Haul into a storage. Upon arrival, we were seriously questioning if everything would even fit. Chris told us that if would sit back and let them handle it all, he would make sure it all fit. Not only did they make everything fit perfectly but they were extremely fast and polite. On the way to meet us at the storage unit they ran into an accident on the highway but kept us completely updated about their arrival date. Definitely recommend using these gentlemen!

These guys came on time and were ready to move things in. Their system was great and no scuffs or damage to my house. They were very easy to work with on location of boxes, furniture, etc. They hustle and get it done!

The helpers did not listen when I set some loose items to the side and said to leave those and I would take care of getting them out of the truck. These were items loaded at the end of my move as I was hurrying by myself. They just flung these items into the storage unit while complaining that there were loose items. I had some fabric items in a basket and as they tossed those in it toppled cleaning supplies & toilet cleaner got on items. I told them at the start that I would take care of those items. The one helper had obviously never done this before. I had to shuffle items around in order to make more fit in unit. I wish I would have just unloaded the truck by myself somehow. At the end, I was rushed to find their payment code and wasn't able to read anything. They obviously didn't want me to see that I have no recourse once they are given the payment code. Very unprofessional. I was already majorly stressed having to do this move by myself and they made it worse.
