Your staff did an awesome job. The truck ramp was off the rail but your staff did not let that bother them. By the time the truck co fixed the problem the majority of the truck was unloaded

The movers themselves did a good job unloading my truck and worked efficiently. I originally received and paid for a 4-hour quote, but they completed the job in only about 2.5 hours. My issue is with the billing and follow-up. I was told I would receive a refund for 1 hour of unused time, but I never received it. I called multiple times, and each time I was told the refund would be processed, but it still has not been returned. While I appreciate the work the movers did, the lack of follow-through on the promised refund has been very disappointing. After having to call repeatedly and still not receiving the money I was told would be refunded, I'm not sure I can trust this company enough to use them again. I hope the company resolves this and improves its communication and refund process for future customers.

I got Curtis and his team. They were fast, even in the blazing sun, efficient, respectful and did an excellent job loading AND unloading my things especially the fragile things. Both my locations had stairs but they were so nice and still knocked it out within the time I requested. Will book them again! Highly recommend.
