Very difficult to get in contact with. Did not receive any confirmation, so had to call and email them. Did not get a response to email and they did not pick up the phone and the voicemail box was full so could not leave a message. Finally answered the phone the day before the move. On the day of the move, they reeked of weed and stunk up the apartment. They were very careful with my stuff and got the job done which I did appreciate, but the rest of the experience was not good.
