I hired the company for two days November 3rd and 4th! The first date they were friendly, punctual and seemed to be efficient. On November 4th they had 4 people working but they seemed to simply follow each other around and chatted . After 7 hours on the first and 7 hours on the second day they should have finished the job as I have had experience doing the same exact move in the past. Nevertheless , I hired the crew for a 3 rd day outside of the U-Haul reservation system.. the company no showed me the 3rd day without even a courtesy call. They were aware I had to vacate fhe home by November 5t to hire ,last minute, another moving company which costs me $1000 plus I had to extend the U-Haul rental another day. This doesn’t include the prices of damaged furniture. This company really left me in a bind.
