People like Mr. James are rare...kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. A small hiccup didn’t faze him or his crew; they showed up with heart and took care of everything. They even helped again the next day, no hesitation. Grateful beyond words. Highly recommend.

On the positive side they came on short notice with a friendly first impression and in the end got most of our items unloaded for the agreed price. On the negative side their pace was relatively slow and there was a fair amount of damage to one piece of furniture. As we were discussing these negatives one of them put his arm in front of the other and coaxed him away from us as he had become rather confrontational.. They had said there would be no charge because they were generous and wanted us to feel welcomed to Tennessee I guess,. But it looks like they ended up charging us anyway.

The two old guys where ok , but there also a 3rd party which i didn't know about .she was dropping and draging stuff . I saw her drop my TV right in front of me . She wasn't even supposed to be there . I just hope my TV isn't damaged.
