Teamwork is very important. Whoever the crew leader was needed to provide guidance to the team. There was a lot of standing around with no sense of purpose. U-Haul also needs to provide carts for customers.

If you are looking for someone who is on time is accountable and has good communication- KEEP LOOKING. Our reservation was on a Monday between 9am and 10am which was confirmed MULTIPLE times. Was contacted at 909am saying there was a paperwork mixup and they wouldn’t be there until 1030am. They didn’t arrive until 1050 am and literal threw our belongings into the truck so we could be out before noon. When I contacted the company asking for a partial refund - I was told no since they finished before noon, they didn’t give partial refunds. They took no accountability that the mistake was on their end. Zero customer service and zero responsibility.
