I had two U Boxes scheduled for delivery on Sept 1st, but they didn’t arrive until 8 PM on Sept 2nd. To make matters worse, he got only one box, instead of getting two together and I had to wait over an hour to get the second box. Driver instructed me to remove the locks from my U Box and then aggressively demanded the six-digit code before unloading my belongings. I explained that I would provide the code once the job was completed, consistent with the company’s policy. Instead of following procedure, he became hostile, prevented me from re-locking the box, blocked me from accessing it, and then driven off with all my belongings by the mover, Kevin Marbles. I ended up paying $893 for just movers for their crappy service plus hotel expenses while I waited adding unnecessary stress and financial burden. I still don’t know if everything was returned intact. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had, I will never use U-Haul, Moving Help, or especially Flash Movers again for sure.

After another moving company flaked on us, they were able to send guys out to us with just 5 hours notice. It made it a lot easier since I was dreading having to deal with it tomorrow. They also moved quickly and packed the boxes perfectly for our storage unit. Their guy in charge really seemed to know what he was doing well

Kevin & company did such an awesome job moving & packing my things into my U-box. He even tried to pack it in a manner I would only need 1 U-box. Unfortunately, I had too much crap! He kept me informed about what was happening at the U-Haul store. Mostly, he knew how to maximize the U-Box and instructed his help on how to place my stuff. Kevin & company worked quickly & efficiently while taking care of my stuff. This is the best experience I have had with a Moving Help Crew. Thanks Kevin & Company!

Kevin and Traver were professional and efficient! They are really good at organizing all my stuff, including a bike. Kevin even called me earlier to make sure I have a lock for the U-Box container. They got the job perfectly. I would recommend using Flash Movers!
