The movers communicated well and did work to unload for us. The problem is that they crashed an item into a guest's parked car causing $2,000 in damages. The owner assured us that they were insured and would pay for the repairs. Once I sent the lowest estimate to him he stopped answering texts or phone calls. Turns out that neither Uhaul (who we booked through) nor Movinghelp.com vet their recommended movers and offer no support other than to leave a review.

These guys were awesome!!! Communication prior to the move was prompt and helpful. The3-man crew arrived exactly when promised and jumped right in to accomplish the unloading of the moving truck with professionalism and a positive, friendly attitude. All items were placed as directed and with care. We were extremely pleased with our experience and would definitely use their services again. Highly recommend!!
