Competent Movers with Scope for Improvement The movers efficiently handled bulky items, like my Peloton treadmill, showcasing their skill. Yet their care on preventing scratching very expensive equipment was lacking. However, they were slow and had difficulty following specific directions, preferring their methods over the organized system I attempted to provide. Despite their seven-year experience, this led to time-consuming reconfigurations. Additionally, they started late after waiting outside without ringing the bell and subsequently charged for an hour extra time due to their delayed start but did not want to complete a full hour of extra work. Improvement is needed timelessness, adhering to client instructions, and communication to avoid additional charges and ensure customer satisfaction. With more client-focused flexibility, their service could truly excel. Overall they were pleasant to work with and I would hire them again for a small, quick jobs.
