Do not waste your time. Poor communication, over 2 hour delay, with a terrible attitude and lack of accountability. 7am we arrived to start at 745 I finally heard back saying they were 1.5hrs away. Please save yourself the headache and time

This was my first time hiring movers through U-Haul and it was horrible experience. First they set me up with a moving company that wasn’t even local to me, the company hired 3rd party people from some websites like Kijiji and they 2 guys that were hired weren’t even professional movers! Then I got pulled into a payment debit with the moving company and the movers, the moving company was rude and condescending to me and completely unprofessional. I paid a lot of money and felt like I was doing majority of the work. They also were taking so long, 1 guy had a bad back so barely helped carry the heavy stuff, too many smoke breaks and socializing. They loaded the furniture in a way that was not space efficient and tied it down I wasn’t able to adjust myself and had no time left. When I voiced how I wanted it done (as I am experienced with moves) they ignored me. They were so rough all my furniture was destroyed. I think the company should refund me my money and pay for my damages.

Great experience with this moving team. They were punctual, professional, and handled everything with care. The move was efficient and stress-free, and communication was clear from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them and would use them again!
