Terrible! Took them an entire hour before ONE thing was loaded into the truck. My 60 year old mom and I ended up loading more dressers and tubs because we knew time was going to run out. I only hired them for the large pieces in the house, they didn’t pack correctly which left furniture behind. Used all 3 hours to load a truck and when we arrived at my new house they told me they wouldn’t unload until I sent another hour of pay to them via Zelle. My husband is retired military, we have moved a dozen times, there is absolutely no way it should have taken even 3 hours to move what I had left, they were trying to get me to pay them for 2 additional hours. They were slow and reeked of marijuana, the man showed up in CROCS with himself and a woman to do a 2 man job that was discussed beforehand. They couldn’t lift our safe,dragged my king mattress across the floor and ended up throwing everything in my garage. Horrible experience. I never write reviews but couldn’t let this go unheard.

They truly were a blessing. The weather was extremely hot and they came out the same day! They were professional and knowledgeable. Made my moving experience much easier and faster. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience ever, they literally argued the whole time moving me. The bigger guy was the laziest worker ever. He complained and cussed the whole entire time. I should really be refunded some money because they took entirely to long to move my things. I eventually started helping them. They broke the legs on my couch and also other furniture. I would say more training needs to be provided
