DO NOT HIRE. Beware, Vendor Caused Damage to our floors in two separate places in our home and refused to remedy the situation instead telling us to take care of it ourselves. This vendor initially had great communication upfront, however on the day of the service they were an hour late, my wife and I had to unload most of the load ourselves to stay on our schedule. When they showed up an hour late there were only 7 items left to unload, still charged full price.

The gentleman were very professional, kind, and jumped on getting our possessions unloaded from the truck to our apartment. There definitely wasn't any lag time. They were equipped to handle our apartment furniture, but more thought out planning on their part needs to be better when handling bigger, more expensive furniture!
